TA Truck Service

I had a very bad experience at this shop. The mechanic, Jason, was rude and had no sense of how to speak to customers. They charged me much more than expected, and I believe they overcharged me. After changing my truck's tires, they left oil all over my tires and rims. I asked them at least five times to clean the oil, but they refused and simply said they would not do it. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I left with a dirty truck after paying extra money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful before doing business here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently brought my Freightliner Cascadia to the TA Youngstown, OH location for an oil service and to diagnose some persistent warning light issues. Several mechanics had looked at the truck before and were unable to find or fix the problem. Matt, the technician who worked on my truck, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the issues, explained them clearly, and repaired everything correctly. His diagnostic skills and attention to detail were impressive. The entire team worked efficiently, and the service was completed in a timely manner. It’s hard to find technicians you can truly trust, and Matt definitely earned my confidence. Thank you to Matt and the TA Youngstown team for the excellent service. I highly recommend this location to any truck driver needing quality repairs and maintenance.

The staff inside store are great. I haven't had the experience to deal with shop staff but if store staff are any indication of kindness than the shop staff is just as good and friendly.

TA Truck Service can be very hit or miss depending on location. TA Youngstown is always one of the best. I needed a PM, new windshield washer pump, and a new airbag for my driver’s seat. They sorted it all out in a trifle.

I had road call and in shop service with this TA in one day. I got lucky that mechanic Matt showed up to my truck. This mechanic is professional and very good person. He was on the phone with me for 24 hours, from 3 am to 1 am next day. He explained me the issues step by step and gave me options how we can fix it. Truck broke down are always something you don’t like, but with Matt I felt myself in a good hand. Thank again Matt for all your job, I wish all shops have so hardworking mechanic as you. Hope your overtime was paid off. This guy really deserves a raise or promotion. 🤝
